Welcome to Johnson's Landing


This web site is the home of Ed & Dorothy Johnson.  Click on the links to the left for the various sections.

The name of this Web site comes from a wooden plaque that used to hang on the rear porch of my old home in Discovery Bay.  The rear yard bordered on Indian Slough in the California Delta where there was a dock to berth my boats.  My sister-in-law, Astra Johnson (who sadly, passed away a few years ago from cancer), made the plaque, and presented it as a present some years ago.  The plaque proudly announces "Welcome Friends", engraved into the wood.  Then she painted a picture of my old Malibu ski boat, in the middle of the plaque.
